    • $80/hour (minimum 3 hours)
    • $75/hour for 3 hours or more
  • Plan B - Copayment between company and employee
    • For example- company pays 80% and employee pays %20. A 15 minute chair massage would cost the employee approximately the price of a cup of gourmet cup coffee- $4
  • Plan C - Employee Paid
    • $20 for 15 minutes
